2008 was my year for significant changes in my life. My husband asked for and received a divorce, I became a grandma and I started finding myself again. I have had more trying times than good times this year and I believe that God gave us my grandson Joey because he knew I would need him this year. He has been the one constant shining light in my otherwise bleak and depressing life during 2008. I am looking at all this upheaval and change as a challenge to really get to know myself again though... My youngest kids graduate from high school in May 2009 and so I have the time and the ambition to see if that girl I knew in High School is still in there somewhere. That's why Bergo's World... Bergo was my high school nickname and only a few very close friends still refer to me that way.... I am a progressive mom... I twitter, text and have a facebook page, mostly to keep up with the photos etc that my kids post online - with digital camera phones it's amazing how many pictures even non photography nuts like me take...lol.
Hopefully I can stay dedicated to blogging on here daily... a look into my changing life... 43 and single with no kids at home... it's going to be a hell of a year...lol... look out 2009 here I come!
